Inbjudan till Nordiska kommissionen för geodesiNordic Geodetic Commission NORDISKA KOMMISSIONEN FÖR GEODESI NKG General Assembly September 27-30, 2010 Sundvolden Hotel, Hønefoss, Norway The Nordic Geodetic Commission will be hosted by Statens kartverk and held at Sundvolden, a beautiful place 50 km north of Oslo the capital city of Norway. It is with great pleasure that I’m able to invite you to Norway, for the 16th Nordic Geodetic Commission, General Assembly. Our theme for the conference is: · Climate change and earth system studies The Nordic Geodetic Commission - founded in 1953 - is an association of geodesists from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Its purpose is to give the members the possibility of productive gatherings and mutual exchanges of professional views and experiences. The NKG is recognized and supported by a number of Nordic organizations, such as the Director Generals of the Nordic Mapping Authorities. Please register your attendance no later than 1st September.
